The launch party for Twisted Palm sprang into action last Friday the 7^th of October. Whilst there were 12 Burleigh brews running from the epic 24 tap tower, the night was dedicated to celebrating the arrival of the newest member of the Burleigh Brewing Family.

The night included a food truck standoff with Little Wahaca and Food Kartel – both serving up dishes created with the tropical tastes of Twisted Palm itself.

Insanely awesome carving machines took action outside the Taphouse, with the guys from evolve skateboards performing a demo with some local Burleigh innovation.

Musician Benny D Williams entertained the full house of craft beer lovers whilst they relaxed, kicked back and celebrated in true Burleigh style.

We also had a special surprise visit from the mysterious beer fairy making deliveries to unsuspecting attendees. Who needs wings when you have a motorised esky?!

All in all, the night was a gathering from across the Gold Coast – and it’s safe to say the beer of the hour lived up to it’s name when it was time to fill the glass.
