Burleigh Taphouse 18th – 19th January 2020 

With the escalating bushfire crisis in Australia, we have refrained from social media posting the last few days. So much has been written and said. So much is being done. The world-wide response and outpouring of support, has been phenomenal.

As a team, we are truly grateful not to have been directly impacted in a physical sense, but like the rest of our wonderful nation, we share the emotional burden and are desperate to help somehow. Our thoughts are with the families and communities who have lost so much. We thank the fire men and women and all related services who have dedicated hours, days and weeks to protecting and saving whatever they can. And our hearts break for our treasured wildlife.

We acknowledge that this is a long game – one that has many aspects that will continue to challenge our country’s landscape and our collective futures. There will be more for us to do! For now, we are proud to be joining our craft brewing brothers and sisters from around the country in a united, national fundraising effort next weekend.

Together with the Crafty Pint, our BEER FOR BUSH FIRE RELIEF fundraising event will take place next Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th of January at our Burleigh Brewing Taphouse – every cent from every Burleigh Twisted Palm schooner purchased over the weekend will be donated.
